Abstract:

One bound volume containing handwritten abstracts of titles and deeds to several Brooklyn
farms from the late 18th to early 19th centuries. A partial index of some farms is
also included. The volume bears inscriptions stating that the abstracts were created
by "W.L.S." and "F.S." The identities of these individuals, as well as what source(s)
of information they used to compose the abstracts, are unknown.
