Abstract
A judgement issued by the Supreme Court of the State of New York against Dowe Van Dyne of Newtown, Queens County, dated September 15, 1783. The judgement indicts Van Dyne for "adhering to the Enemies of the State," and orders him to forfeit all real and personal property to the state, pursuant to an act of legislature.
