Abstract

One 1871 letter of patent granted by the United States Commissioner of Patents to William H. Story for an improvement in molds for sewer pipes.

Biographical note

William H. Story (d. 1907), a civil engineer, was the son of William W. Story (d. 1875) and Maria (Martense) Story of the town of Flatbush in Kings County. He married Myra (or Maria) Bergen in Flatbush in 1872.
