Historical note
The Church Extension Board of the Presbytery of Brooklyn-Nassau, Inc. was an agency created in 1914 to house the Presbytery's records, to aid in the establishment of new churches, and to give assistance to existing churches. The agency was located on Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights.
Biographical note
R.H. Woodman (1841-1943), born in Brooklyn, was organist and choirmaster at First Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn Heights from 1880 to 1941.
