It include administrative files, press releases, photographs, clippings, scrapbooks, promotional items, and calendars, dating from 1848 to 2016.
Sub-series 11.1: Administrative files, 1937-1990s. 2.5 Cubic Feet in five boxes Scope and Contents This sub-series contains materials generated by and produced for the Office of Public Relations, dating from 1937 to the 1990s (primarily dating from the 1970s to the early 1990s). The items include interoffice memos among staff; correspondence between staff and advertisers, newspapers, educational directories, as well as correspondences between the Public Relations office and faculty, parents, and students. It also contains minutes from weekly meetings and school related conventions. Other materials includes: programs and academic schedules, handouts, scratch paper, bills, school histories, newsletters, and memos concerning school lectures and events.

Scope and Contents The sub-series consists of scrapbooks maintained by Packer staff, with items dating from 1848 to 1993. They contain newspaper clippings, photographs, letters, and programs pertaining to the students, faculty, alumni, and school events. Most newspaper clippings are taken from publications such as the Brooklyn Eagle. The sub-series holds some mounted newspaper clippings in addition to loose scrapbook pages.
