The Collection is arranged alphabetically by subject, followed by subsequent accretion entries.

The Food Studies Ephemera Collection consists of printed ephemera (primarily pamphlets and recipe booklets) having to do with food and cookery. The bulk of the materials are from the mid-twentieth century.

Processing Information
Decisions regarding arrangement, description, and physical interventions for this collection prior to 2019 have not yet been recorded.
In February 2019 materials from Box 7 from accession 2015.310 were rehoused into two new archival boxes, Box 7 and Box 11. Booklets were found loose in the box upon inspection. Files were placed in archival folders and given titles.
In August 2019, the accretion material was placed in acid-free folders and boxes.
