Scope and Contents noteThis series contains correspondence on diverse topics. It includes correspondence with magazines and filmmakers about the representation of the LCU in articles and films. The folder regarding trouble with a boarder at the Sage House refers to a woman who wrote an article about the inadequacies of the home. This folder also contains two letters from Jacob Riis, conveying a complaint from a boarder to the LCU administration.
