Access Restrictions
Records less than 70 years old are restricted, except to researchers with written permission from Rising Ground (the current organizational name of Leake and Watts). Records older than 70 years old are open for scholarly research.
Researchers who wish to view open materials will register as Manuscript users, and be allowed access to the unrestricted materials in the collection.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF NAMES FROM THE COLLECTION
Please be advised that naming or disclosing of identifying information for any child cared for by Leake and Watts in publication is not permitted without the express written permission of Rising Ground ((the current organizational name of Leake and Watts).
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
Taking images of documents from the library collections for reference purposes by using hand-held cameras and in accordance with the library's photography guidelines is encouraged. As an alternative, patrons may request up to 20 images per day from staff.
