Scope and Contents

Contains two testimonials issued to William Sharman: a certificate from the United States Treasury War Finance Committee recognizing his services in the Second War Loan, April 1943 (dated 1 May 1943), and a small, rectangular, embossed tin plate (approximately 3.5 x 1.75-inches) in appreciation of his "volunteer service in financing World War II through sale of United States Bonds to 85,000,000 Americans" (issued January 1946).
