Scope and Contents

With newspaper accounts of Lamb reading the paper before the New Haven Historical Society, 1882. Also contains a long New York Times piece, "Lion Gardiner's Island," dated August 10, 1879 and signed "E.A.D.," which is probably by Lamb.
