Series II: Installations and Trade Shows
Scope and Contents noteSeries II dates from 1951 to ca. 1964 and primarily contain photos from several years of the National Home Furnishing Show, held in New York City. Hoffmann and Heidrich designed a variety of rooms for these shows; in 1952 they designed a recording studio for the radio show "Breakfast with the Fitzgeralds," and in 1956 a dream bedroom for actress Celeste Holm. Other photographs show product displays from unidentified trade shows. Folders are arranged chronologically. |
