Includes an overview and outlines of the strategic plans and plans for Books and Arts Associates, Fortune, Printing Developments Division, Real Estate Division, Selling Areas Marketing Plan (SAMI),  Sports Illustrated,  Time, Time-Life Films, Time-Life Records (music albums), and Time-life Video. Two copies originally belonged to Louis Banks, who was either  Fortune's managing editor or the overall editorial director in 1971. It is not clear who ultimately collected and retained these plans.
