Abstract: Time is the first magazine created by Time Inc. and was the impetus to form the publishing company.  Time launched its first issue on March 3, 1923. The  Time Editorial Records contain records from offices and staff from the editorial side of the magazine, not the publishing or business side. Staff represented include managing editors, executive editors, a cover researcher, a senior design coordinator, and a journalist.
Quantity: 106.17 Linear feet in 103 record cartons, 2 flat boxes, and 1 microfilm box including 8 reels of microfilm
Location: Most of the materials are stored offsite and advance notice is required for use. Please contact prior to your research visit to coordinate access. Keep in mind that it will take up to five (5) business days for collections to arrive, and you should plan your research accordingly.
