Abstract: Dr. Benet, Professor Emerita of Anthropology at Hunter College and senior research associate at RISM, was a colleague of Dr. Rubin and Dr. Margaret Mead for many years. Her papers include correspondence, teaching papers, longevity and aging studies conducted between 1970 and 1973. Also included are reel-to-reel tapes, genealogy charts, questionnaires, surveys and 35 mm color slides possibly used for public lectures.
