Processing Information

Prior to 2015, a small amount of the collection had been rehoused into acid-free folders and boxes, and arranged into three distinct series. In 2015 the remaining materials, most of which were loose and unfoldered were roughly placed into these three series and rehoused into acid-free folders and boxes. Because of the nature and size of the materials, physical arrangement does not necessarily correspond to intellectual arrangement. Extensive duplicates of material (such as blank stationary, raffle tickets, or dance invitations) were discarded.
