Randall B. "Pete" Smith (1917-1989) served in Abraham Lincoln Brigade during Spanish Civil War, and later moved to New York where he was a radical activist within the National Maritime Union in the 1930s and 1940s. Smith subsequently worked as marketing executive.

Scope and Contents

This collection includes Marine Workers Historical Association minutes and correspondence; autobiographical transcripts; correspondence and other materials.
