Elaine Harger was a librarian at the Harry Van Arsdale School of Labor Studies at Empre State College-SUNY and the union representative to the United University Professions-American Federation of Teachers from 1989 to 1995.
Scope and Content Note
This collection contains materials pertaining to Harry Van Arsdale Jr. School of Labor Studies at Empire State College, including the earliest years of the College, as well as the library. Also included are materials from the United University Professions-American Federation of Teachers and labor organizing at the school during the 1990s. There are also copies of the student newspaper, P.U.L.P.
