Container 1 Container 2   Title Date
Offsite-Box: 2005 Folder : 8-10 Life Beach Party

Scope and Contents

Advertising Sales series includes three folders with presentation boards used for selling ads for a special edition of Life called  Life Beach Party. One of the folders contains a report which acts as a supplement to the presentation. Since the presentation focuses on ad sales, it appears like the materials would have originated from the advertising sales department. The materials themselves do not indicate the department that produced them.

Subseries III.B. Advertising Sales and Marketing: Paul Hadhazy Files, 1955-1979. 2.25 Linear feet in 2 record cartons, 1 flat box

Scope and Contents

The majority of these records were binders of rate cards identified as belonging to Paul Hadhazy. The remainder were loose materials found with the binders. The Policy binder contains guidelines and descriptions of the marketing services operations, space renewal credit program, discount structures, tie-in program, and standby space.
