Abstract: The General Files from the Corporate Administration Records include corporate-level records where the exact office of origination isn't known, or the files are from several people or offices at the corporate executive level, but were grouped together by Time Inc. at some point. Records include stock certificates, five-year plans, notary seals, patents, printing agreements, and organizational records from affiliates and subsidiaries.
Quantity: 20 Linear feet in 19 record cartons and 2 flat boxes
Location: These materials are stored offsite and advance notice is required for use. Please contact manuscripts@nyhistory.org prior to your research visit to coordinate access.
