Time Inc. Travel Services arranged business travel for Time Inc. employees. The collection consists of the files of Tom McDermott, Travel Services Director in 1995, and contains correspondence, information on airlines and accommodation for travelers, invoices, budgets, performance reviews, and plans for specific large-scale group travel for Time Inc. employees.

Processing Information

The Time Inc. Travel Service Records were processed by Allen Thomas in 2020. The original folders were retained although some documents were transferred to archival containers in instances of overcrowding. Generic binders were disassembled and not retained, and their contents rehoused. Allen Thomas created the inventory and other descriptive notes to produce this finding aid.
